Brian founded Advanced Energy Systems (AES Solar) in 2008, and brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the solar and construction industries.
His expertise spans both residential and commercial solar photovoltaics (PV). As a PV Installation Professional certified by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP), Brian is recognized for his professional excellence. He also holds specialized certifications in battery installations from leading manufacturers including SolarEdge, Enphase, and LG Chem.
Fabian Martinez
In 2011, Fabian started with Advanced Energy Systems (AES Solar) and has quickly moved into a foreman’s position. His friendly attitude combined with a sharp attention to detail has made him an integral part of the AES team.
Fabian has been involved in all types of solar installations including rooftop, ground mounted and solar covered parking.
Paul Melnik
For the past 15 years, Paul has been fascinated by the potential of solar energy. He has dedicated himself to helping individuals, businesses, churches, and non-profits to make informed decisions about going solar
Paul has been with Advanced Energy Systems (AES Solar) since their second installation. He remains committed to the company because of their respectful treatment of clients, their deep industry knowledge, and the pride he takes in the high quality of their work.
Cindy Gibson
AES Solar welcomes Cindy as their Marketing Associate. She has been working behind the scenes for the past three years as customer support liaison. Her new responsibilities allow her to take a more hands-on approach to the company’s marketing, sales and customer service’s needs.
