Our Team
Brian Gibson
the founder of Advanced Energy Systems in 2008, brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the solar and construction industries. His expertise spans both residential and commercial solar photovoltaics. As a PV Installation Professional certified by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP), Brian is recognized for his professional excellence. He also holds specialized certifications in battery installations from leading manufacturers including SolarEdge, Enphase, and LG Chem.
Paul Melnik
has been fascinated by the potential of solar energy. For the past 15 years, he has dedicated himself to helping individuals, businesses, churches, and non-profits make informed decisions about going solar. Paul has been with Advanced Energy Systems since their second installation, and he remains committed to the company because of their respectful treatment of clients, their deep industry knowledge, and the pride he takes in the high quality of their work.
Fabian Martinez
started with Advanced Energy Systems in 2011 and quickly moved into a foreman’s position. His friendly attitude combined with a sharp attention to detail have made him an integral part of the AES team. Fabian has been involved in all types of solar installations including rooftop, ground mounted and solar covered parking.
